Introduction
The Long Life Building Ventilation V-Belt Driving Dust Collector Fan is generally used for gas transportation of granular or powdery materials, and can be widely used to transport air and non-corrosive non-self-igniting, non-viscous substances.
The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50°C (max 80°C), the dust and hard particles contained in the medium is not more than 150 mg / m3.
The moderate bonding between the components is tight, and the sealing performance is good, ensuring that the output pressure will not be reduced.After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure that the impeller will not creepage and crack. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects and ensure the strength.The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.
